Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Operators to join the production team at Harrier in Newton Abbot. This is a great opportunity to start immediately with full training provided. No previous experience is required - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You will play an important role in ensuring high-quality printed photo products are checked, packaged, and prepared for despatch. This temporary position offers the potential for ongoing work depending on performance and business needs.
Key Duties
Mastercutting.
Carry out quality checks on finished products.
Pack customer orders with care and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Positive, reliable, and team-oriented.
No previous experience required - full training provided.
Hours and Pay
Night shifts: 19.00 pm - 07.00 am on a shift pattern
Pay rates: £15.25 per hour (nights).
Enhanced overtime rates available.
